Must have experience in OB/GYN.
Must be a board certified Registered Nurse with one year experience in Nursing. Must know how to provide nursing services for ob/gyn patients in the clinic. Must also know how to follow instructions given by supervisor. Must be familiar with a Electronic System.
Having basic willingness to support the clinic functions and demonstrate a desire to be involved in the direct patient services. Duties include direct patient care activities (i.e. vital signs, patient history, processing of consent forms, and assisting physician/nurse practitioner in direct patient care functions). Other duties include scheduling referrals, phone triage, and patient education. Offices are currently using an electronic medical record.
Assists in the maintenance of equipment and securing of supplies. Must be able to adjust schedule (work location) as needed based on staffing patterns and needs of FHCC.
